Worst soe ever

<p>I can understand frustration at etolls in gauteng . The (o) Tongaat toll is managed worse than SAA, not helped by inept management in Pietermaritzburg. Generally there are too few lanes open , causing delays for the local school. Surely more lanes can be opened over Easter, or are management too brain dead to anticipate busy periods? I was excited by a tag lane, after asking for one for many years. It is a total failure, as it is not exclusively for tags. I was delayed by 30 minutes after my tag opened for the taxi paying cash, and closed on me. The staff are so rude and started shouting at me that my credit card tag had no cash, just arrogant and inefficient. What a joke.</p> <p> </p>
