Will not put my payment put on my e-toll account

I contacted Mmapuso Sithole, I told her my payment was not reflecting on my e-toll account. She said I must get proof of the transaction from the bank. I emailed her the proof from the bank, this was on the 7th and again the 9th of April 2015. To date she has not organised to put the payment on my e-toll account.
