I rec an invoice dated 23/1 and to qualify for discount I must pay on 25/1 Invoice only arrives 16/2 and I was told I don't qualify for discount - so sorry but here is your reference number for this call! How can an invoice be made and paid for in 2 days!!!!!! *After confirming the account was clear less than a week ago*<br> Let alone the fact that it still takes 48 hours to reflect in their account! Service is shocking, I now refuse to pay. Sanral can go to hell and I will no longer bother to be a law abiding citizen!
