Very bad service sanral employee

1. Had a pothole cause damage to our car tyre and rim. Dealt with a mr sipho. Filled in all forms. Gone a month. He hardly responds to emails, watsapps call or emails. Simple thing to sort out yet made into a mountain.

2. Further hav asked him to ensure road gets repaired. Same bad service. Y y y ?
