Useless

I topped up my account on the 15th of January '16. Despite my account being in credit when I pass through the gantry, the tag beeps 3 times. I communicated with the email team on the info email address and they are very good at responding to your email, however very inept at resolving the issue. I was told to take my tag to a service centre to be checked out. I think my account is still in a suspense status despite the credit balance, hence the beeps. If not there is a problem with your gantries and not my e -tag. If it takes you this long to resolve a simple issue no wonder no one wants to support you. I have no intention of wasting my time or taking time off. Its your job to make sure this system is seamless...
