Unpaid balance still not removed

After NUMEROUS previous communications, the unpaid amount of R5.43 has STILL not been removed. I have asked TIME AND AGAIN that this issue be resolved. It has now been ongoing for more than a few months. So I will resort to consumer forums to get this resolved as you are clearly not giving attention to this issue. I will resort to various consumer forums to try and get this issue resolved, because clearly no attention has been given to this issue. I refer you to enquiries dated 2015/08/14, agent ETCL0029, reference ***. It is now more than 2 months since I raised the issue the first time. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
