********* Money **** and breach of contract

I registered 3 etags for the 3 family vehicles for daily trips between Brandford and Bloemfontein. Brondford is where we live. Thus, each vehicle owner has their own E-Tag device and transactions on a specific E-Tag has nothing to do with the other 2. However, after I and my wife each paid R200 into our E-Tags I went to do maintenance to a property in Pretoria (thus I am not a regular daily Gauteng E-Tol User, or any other family Member) I drove up quite fine. Trying to get back my E-Tag was cancelled (not enough funds) and I was left stranded with no money to get through - so I became a beggar and a smaritan helped me out. Similarly so my wife on her way to work in Bloemfontein got stranded 06h00 on the Brandford side of the toll gate E-Tag cancelled (not enough funds) and my step son drove from Bloemfontein and baled her out. We visited the local E-Tol office at Brandford etol and were informed: there is only one main E-Tag account - contrary to my signing up arrangements (no proof of sign-up or contract was provided, and no transaction billing notices are ever handed out) - you arrive at a toll gate and are stranded if there is no more credit - apparantly the E-Tag beeps twice to warn that credit is almost used up - but you have to listen carefully - two very fast faint beeps easily lost in conversation in the car or with the radio on. So too they do not run etag credits seperately - all e-tags arelinked all one credit account - thus if one accounts' credit is used up it by default starts using the credit of the other tags. So too then they keep record of the previous trips where toll gates are placed and when you have a nice reserve credit fund (like I had for Pretoria and my wife had for 2 weeks daily travel to Bloemfontein) they then hit you with all the historical debits of all and any passes the vehicle had ever made through one of the toll gates, or the automatic tolls on Gauteng roads which actually has nothing to do with the newly acquired E-Tags. SUrely these are for the manual billing system and should not be linked to the newly registered E-Tags with its own seperate account and credit billing system per E-Tag. Thus if your E-Tag used up its cedit you cant pass the automatic toll booths and have to pay manually at a manual station- then as you travel and pay your way the cancelled E-tag that is no longer working is replaced by the cameras on the Gauteng auto road tolls which then starts eating into the other 2 E-Tags that still had credits available (these E-Tags did not travel through toll gates per say)??? It is a money making, ******* ****, **********ly billing people which surely is highly irregular? I attended the Brandford E-toll office on Friday 24 November 2017 at 14h00 to cancel all the E-Tags but they refused. Secondly they refused to provide their names (man and lady). So too the refused to print me a Statement of the E-Tag accounts. The bully people and have no empathy, smypathy or compassion. I got home and tried to register to get paper proof of all transactions on the 3 E-Tag accounts - but after 5 attempts have given up - technically impossible to connect long enough - I tried using both a Cell C and a Vodacom 3G ****le - all reported server timed out???? I am a Pensioner of 68 years old - I please want my money back and they must de-rigister all our vehicles and re-register them as individual registered E-Tag accounts. They must also please credit me with the historical linking of the manual mailed E-Tag bills and reverse all none toll passed transactions from each and every E-Tag device. Poor show very bad arrogant agressiveand ********* business approach. SImilarly so we want the none regular (none daily travel) concession for our Brandford E-Tags. If they are unwilling to assist us with this some one must please assist use to de-rigister our vehicles from their system and take their E-tags back.
