Unauthosed transactions

I checked my bank statements only to find out that unauthorised trasaction wa made by tolgates.

I swiped my card when passing tollgates which is R11 and R10.50 daily.

What they did is they deducts more as in 4-6 R11 or R10.50 perday...even on days i didnt pass the tolgates. The money owed toe is R711 since August to date
