Unacceptable service, but wants us to pay!!!

I bought a E-tag for my husband today at Checkers. As I wanted to register it for him, the customer care did not want to assist me, because it is not him. He DOES NOT want to pay this ****. But I thought I will be nice and get it for him, and top up his account so there will be no outstanding money for the e-toll/tag. Why no one wants to assist me I can not understand. He is a very busy man and believe me 1 minute of his time is a lot. This is not a simple process, no wonder no one wants to get it. Also you can close down your E-toll outlets because the people is not helpful at all.
