Unable to remove sold vehicle from my profile

Hi. <br> <br> I previously received an incorrect response for this issue whereby a vehicle that was not mine was somehow found against my account without anyone requesting my information. <br> It was not related to my request on how to set a vehicle as sold but informed me about an incorrect vehicles transactions.<br> <br> What I need is the following:<br> I have sold my vehicle and cannot remove the vehicle from my profile and I cannot locate any information on how to set the vehicle as sold.<br> The site indicates that the 'sold' button should be selected but this option is not available.<br> <br> Thank you for taking your time to assist me.<br>
