Trying to pay etoll charged nonregistered users

Hi there<br> I pay my etoll charges within 7 days and am not registered. I have tried numerous times this week and keep getting error message: 'the information you have entered does not match and must be verified'. The information I am inputting is definitely correct. PLEASE have this fixed!
