TOLL TAGS NOT WORKING AGIAN

Why on earth do toll tags consistently not work on the Pelindaba toll road?? SANRAL took forever to stop charging tolls on Gauteng roads even after they were cancelled however, the Pelindaba toll road still charges a toll and frequently doesn't accept toll tags. The reason I pay for a toll tag is convenience, THIS IS NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL. EITHER ACCEPT TOLL TAGS OR CANCEL YOUR QUESTIONABLE SEVICE
