Terrible Service by SANRAL

My attempt to get access to my online account has failed umpteen times even after visiting the Cresta Branch to unblock it. I was given assurance that when I tried again there would be no trouble. Wasted effort. Every time I try I get the same message "The account ............. is blocked, please re-try after 30 minutes" I attempted to send an email with screenshots to the email address for help given in their monthly correspondence attaching Statement and Invoice only yo find that it is an unknown email address. Typical SA organization. Service is non-existent!
