SOLD THE VEHICLE...

Good day,<br> <br> On 15/01/2015 I sold my vehicle (BL38JLGP) at a dealership, now I want to pay but this registration plate even reflect in March.... <br> <br> Now I need to complete Nomination form but the dealership does not want anything to do with it as they sold this vehicle aswell.....<br> <br> Can you please check for me what to do as I do not want to pay for someone els bills....<br> <br> I Traded BL38JLGP in for DB51BFGP on 15 January 2015.<br> And then Traded DB51BFGP in for CZ75JXGP on 14 April 2015
