Service causing delays in the mornings

Traveling from Ennerdale in the early hours has become very frustrating. Getting to the Grasmere Tollgate Plaza at 05:20, lately has a waiting period of at least 10 minutes. Anyone coming from that area knows what a 10 minute delay causes. The delay's come from various issues... Card readers not working, toll booths being empty, Taxis cutting in front of the Queues and the most frustrating reason... No response from the Attendants. The Ennerdale South bound off ramp is so full while the other ramp catering for the main South bound traffic has empty manned booths? I have resorted to driving slowly just before the off ramp, seeing the situation is $%#$# then going an alternate route.<br> We are leaving earlier and earlier to compensate for this delay in service but it is not helping.<br> Please fix as this was not always the case...
