Sending threatening sms messages

Received an SMS threatening me to pay or my vehicle will be listed and collection action will be commenced against me...hahahahahahaha.<br> Shame SANRAL is this how you operate... ????<br> I have signed no contract with SANRAL, I never agreed to pay for using the already paid for roads !!!! Driving on the highways have not improved, still congested and still takes me almost an hour to drive from 14th avenue to the Sunninghill of ramp !!!!!<br>
