THIS IS SANRL'S MISSION STATEMENT: We are committed to working with you, our customers and partners, to keep the economic “arteries” of South Africa’s economy in good condition without harm to our environment. At SANRAL we endeavour to enhance your travel experience and improve and maintain the national road network for the social development and economic growth of South Africa. SANRL pleads poverty and milks the SA motorists cash***, BUT they can sponsor a 15 page colour pamphlet of O.R. Tambo. My questions are: 1. How many millions of these high quality printed pamphlets have been distributed? 2. Could that money not have been spent on honouring their mission statement?
