Sanral Tongaat Toll plaza chaos

The Tongaat Toll Plaza is regularly backed up with Traffic, sometimes up to 1km. On Friday 25th Oct at around 10.30pm, there was only one station being manned on the N2 northbound and there was a queue of about 20 cars at the station. Today, I pass at 2.30pm and spend 15min at the plaza coz only 2 out of the 4 stations are manned. TRAFFIC is backed up and growing to more than 500m and inconsiderate drivers are jamming the station, forcing themselves into the green lanes, effectively making a one lane into 3 lanes, a major risk for accidents. On Fri 25th again duri g peak time at about 5.30pm, it took me 15minutrs minutes to pass through. Sanral needs to analyze the stats and increase their staffing to ensure that motorists are getting a valued service. It is unacceptable that on a month end Saturday like today there are only 2 lanes open, and the Shesha lane is jammed with drivers forcing their ways through to the other lanes. There needs to be proper signage showing that the right most lane is the Shesha lane, placed on the right hand side of the road at lease at 1km and 500m away from the toll plaza to prevent idiotic drivers from blocking up the Shesha lane. North Coast is booming and traffic volumes are definitely increasing so Sanral management needs to increase the number of lanes opened, especially during peak hours.
