Sanral there to rip motorists off

<p>With Sanral you do not pay for a service, you simply pay because they can make you pay.</p> <p>On 19 October this year I travelled on the N1 from Bloemfontein to Kroonstad. The road is largely subject to construction activities. In places the speed limit is as low as 60km/hr! But you pay R48.50 toll.</p> <p>What other industry can get away with such a *******? Sanral persists to antagonise motorists.</p>
