SANRAL *****ing from me

I have never been to JHB in my life before and also never plan on going to JHB but I am under debt collection because I have an outstanding E-toll statement that needs to be settled. HOW is this possible? SANRAL is wasting my time and money sorting this out now! Send proof that I have been there and also I plan on getting my money back that I have wasted sorting out this issue from SANRAL!
