SANRAL not up to scratch

I am sitting with SANRAL e-tags that have died, and each time I call at the Rigel Road depot in Pretoria they tell me they have no replacements. I left my phone number with them with their promise that they would let me know when tags are available, but I am still waiting for that call. I now have an account credit that I cannot use. Someone in the business needs a boot up the backside,.
