SANRAL

Yes...I have a complain about SANRAL at R61 about 5 km to Mthatha from Ngcobo direction the is a pedestrian bridge that was removed there last week and people that were busy removing it they just left it on the yellow line which is closer to where we drive....On Sunday evening I had an accident on it and I'm injured and my car is write-off.... what can I do or how can I lodge in the complain to SANRAL for these damages?
