Sanral credit card update not working

Dear Sanral. I actually pay e-tolls. I registered before it was even running. I just updated my credit card on your website. The R1.00 payment went off. But now you tell me that my card is hot listed and you're forcing me to come in to an e-toll shop.<br> Please find a way to resolve this, and at least call me and explain why I need to come in after the R1.00 confirmation payment already went off. The one-liner answer I constantly get which just repeatedly tell me to come to an e-toll shop is simply not acceptable when I've comp**** with everything so far.
