SANRAL Billing a Mess

I've been trying to get my statements for my e-tag since Jan 2015 To Date. I've logged numerous calls and SANRAL keeps telling me they having problems with Statements and they trying to rectify. The problem is my company is paying for my E-tag so I pay upfront and claim the money back. I cannot claim back my money since Jan 2015 for all my business travel and now I'm paying out of my own pocket. SANRAL Sucks, I regret ever taking an E-Tag, Time for me to join the rest of the country and NOT PAY at all. They cannot handle their accounts and they expect the entire country to pay, what a joke of an organization...... They don't know what they doing. SA, if you thinking of registering for an E-TAG, please reconsider!!!!
