Requesting since July 2014 for Statement

I just received a sms that they will be taking legal action if I do not pay my account I have been requesting since July 2014 for a detailed statement to see where you get the amount I even went to Lakeside Mall to get it and they could not help me. I have send numerous of times e-mails to [Email Removed] nothing is coming back I tried to phone you on ***the number is not in service. Now I need to know how am I suppose to pay if I do not get my answers if I have queries I really do not appreciate this threads I am receiving
