Rejected Rep andProcessed Nomination no adjustment

I received email 0n 14.06.2015 after logging this issue on 20.06.2014 says : Please note that nomination application for invoice no.*** ref. no 737218 was processed and Representation for Invoice ***8 ref. no 737129 was<br> rejected with no reason even the processed one no adjustments done still same amount l call them says will get back to you will only pass on your information to revelant department all the time can't meet them or office and l had bought a cloned Corolla BY46XWGP which was confiscated on 05.11 2012 case Vis 69/11/2012 and l deregistered it on 05.03.2015 say l can apply for representations and l must provide relevant supporting document that which were provided from the Police station l have done that, how so etoll invoice still come on 17.032015 after deregistration still meaning they still have wrong information the car not in my name have sent all information needed please help me they resolve this issue am over worked running up and down especially it will affect to renew discs and are too slow
