Query re road concern not receiving attention

Difficult to know exactly who to contact with regard to concerns about a road issue around Stilfontein, so on 25 Feb I tried [Email Removed] to find out if someone can refer my questions to the right parties. After two follow-up emails, I received a response. A few days later, a lady phoned to inform me that I would be contacted within days. Unfortunately she did not leave contact details. Nothing happened and on 23 March, I approached the respondent again and received an \Out of office\" notification, but I have still not been contacted."
