Poor service. Yarona Rustenburg

Good day. I have written two complaints regarding your 'Yarona Rustenburg' bus service and I haven't gotten any response yet. The first one was via email (***) and the other was via Facebook. How do I escalate this matter to? We are receiving poor service in Rustenburg,and have no means of communicating with the Yarona office or whoever is in charge of client liaison.
