POOR SERVICE
I registered a Top Up account with Sanral.
I was on leave during December 2014 when R880 was deducted from my bank account.
I logged a query at Sanral's offices in the Kolennade Shopping Centre on 9 Jan 2015 as they required a bank statement as proof thereof.
The agent said it will be resolved and someone will contact me within 5 working days.
I followed up with the CC on 20 Jan 2015 at which point the query was escalated with a notification that they should revolve and call me back the next day.
Up until today nobody contacted me about this amount being deducted from my bank account but not reflecting on my Sanral account.
I followed up with the Sanral CC again today.
The call was transferred to a Supervisor twice but never answered.
I held the line for 15 minutes without being assisted.

The only reason why I still have my e-tag is for the Bakwena tollgate at Zambesi - definitely not for the gantries.

Clearly this is a supporting factor to the millions of rands due which can't be repaid to the Government Pensionfund used for this purpose.
