Plain spiteful ignorance

Get passed to a supervisor that keeps ignoring the problem while attempting to tell me to call the call centre and log a case - FFS! - I have been doing that for more than a year and the people are simply too damn stupid to realize it because they are unable to think for them-self - follow the recipe else nobody knows what the hell is going on. Eventually the phone gets put down in my ear because I refuse to act on the ******** persons' repeated useless suggestions.<br> <br> Once again - dumb unhelpful people manning the call centre with absolutely no way to sort a problem - why don't a senior knowledgeable person call me to solve the problem as I have repeatedly requested and been promised? ... guess there is no such animal employed there - its the only possible explanation for me still sitting with the same problem.
