PAYMENT NOT ON ACCOUNT

We had a VPC account with SANRAL ,as we are in Nelspruit, My Daughter move to PTA and we open an e-tag account. On 05/02/2015 an amount of R300 was transfer to SANRAL(see proof of payment) And on 15/02/2015 we have transfer R500. But I have use the VPC account nr and my account Id nr as ref. on their statement. (Sanral said the was also wrong). On 23/02/2015 I send them an e-mail with the proof of the payment and the ''right '' ref.nr big in pen. (as per proof off Payment). Is have transfer a R100 on 5/03/2015 to them as my e-tol was in the red and Sanral ask me to transfer money to my account .
