Not helping Ennerdale redidents

I logged a complaint on the 7th April, Sanral rep**** with we will investigate and give feedback... Nothing so far in almost a month... We have resorted to leaving later, which seems to have worked for a while, getting to the Toll gate between 05:40 to 06:00. This morning and many other occasions, traffic was so bad I had to go another route. As paying customers of the toll road, the service we receive is so bad - I will link this report to Facebook and attempt to get more complaints in... Something must be done - Please restore the service!!!!!!!!
