Not applying discounts owed

I am struggling to get someone to help me apply the discounts owed since June 2014. Our VPC account was R12000 (give or take) after registering we phone to get the discounts app**** and what the balance is after discounts so that we can pay up the account. I was told that after all discounts the amount we need to pay is R6000 (give or take) so the discounts that should have been app**** is also R6000 (give or take). I have been struggling for a year to get you to apply the discount, I know there are two vehicles that still travel that don't have etags but they use the highway once in 3 months so the R7000 (give or take) that is still on my VPC cannot be for those to vehicles. I would like a statement that shows my open balance of over R12000 and where the R6000 discounts was app**** and my payment and where the account was zero and then I want to see the transactions between june and today for the other vehicles if I don't get this I WONT PAY ANOTHER CENT TOWARDS ETOLL FORGET IT!!! You are a bunch of ***** and *******... I WANT PROOF!!!
