NO RESPONSE TO LOGGED ENQUIRIES

I have logged numerous enquiries with Sanral eToll section about the images that I'm never able to view on the system when I pass through a gantry and these have all been ignored. In fact the STATUS is changed to CLOSED or CANCELLED without ever resolving the problem. The latest refs I have are ***, *** and ***. The service from SANRAL is pathetic and I've been trying to get this fixed for years but they are completely inept.
