NO ALLOCATION OF PAYMENT

<p>I paid R2.16 on 14/3/17 and e-mailed proof of payment.They rep**** on 27/3/17 with reference ********** it will be allocated.Since then I wrote e-mails weekly to follow up why this is not done.STILL THIS IS NOT ALLOCATED TO MY ACCOUNT.THE SERVICE IS PATHETHIC!!!!!!!</p>
