Need real aswers from Sanral regarding e-Tags

Have been trying to get an acceptable answer from the e-Tolling section regarding e-Tags. There automatic answering system thanks me for inquiry and says they will respond shortly. A week later still no response. Paid for the delivery of e-Tags and opened my account two weeks ago and received a reply that the tags will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Have made numerous inquiries and the latest was that my query was being escalated. Still no positive response as to where the e-Tags have been sent or not.
