MONEYS NOT ON E-TOL ACC

I have transfer in Feb 2015 R300 and R500 to my e-tol account , i put the wrong ref nr and dit send the proof with the correct detail to E-Tol on 23 Februarie 2015. and try to follow it up on a daily/weekly base ref nr ***,***,***,***,***,***,***,*** but still no money . What happen to my money, where is my money , I Have lost R800 and will not pay any fees until i have used up the R800
