I am disgusted at the attitude of SANRAL!! My e-tag was ****** out of my car sometime this month when I had it washed. I called the call centre to stop the card and I was told that I LOST it so I must pay 150 fee for losing their property... firstly I PAID for the device so it became my property not yours. I am willing to get a new e-tag and pay my fees but you're insisting on me paying a fee so now I become one of the MILLIONS of people who don't pay!!! GO F*** yourself sanral. I didn't lose anything it was ****** and good luck finding me because I MOVED and the address on my account is no longer valid. Dumb idiots!
