Long queue

On the 26/08/2015 at round about 20:36 I was on the queue to pay on the tollgate. There was a long queue of vehicles and only one tollgate working . Then I tried to ask them to open another one so that we can be serviced quickly. They flatly refused and we had to wait. Security guard said there is another cashier on duty but that person is not willing to work. So we had to wait on that long queue and get a bad service.
