Lack of road marking and signs

As I live this in both Johannesburg and Hoedspruit I travel often between these two cities/towns. As I cannot make contact with Sanral I have resorted to trying to do so through Hellopeter. On all roads leading to Hoedspruit whether this be from Dullstroom/Lydenburg, Tzaneen, Phalaborwa or Nelspruit/Acornhoek the road markings are virtually non-existent. It is impossible to tell where one should or should not overtake, stop signs/lines on the roads have been obliterated by usage and road signs are a disaster.... Especially if one is a visitor to this area. About 10 large road signs in and around Hoedspruit have either been blown over, are badly damaged, the writing/signs are so old that the paintwork is bleached to such an extent that the signs cannot be read or the signs have been damaged by veld fires. No painting of lines on roads or repairs to signs has taken place for several years which has resulted in an escalation of accidents on these clearly major roads.
