KIA Picanto on steroids!

I received an e-toll invoice for my Kia Picanto, CEY26651.<br> <br> The vehicle in the photo is a TRUCK and the registration number is CEY26554. Even a blind person can read the registration number off this photo!<br> <br> How can you get this so horribly wrong, both registration number AND type of vehicle? <br> <br> I suggest that this invoice be cancelled to avoid yourselves further embarrassment.
