Is it true about the 60% discount ???Lies

I decided to be a good citizen and bought a tag and wanted to pay my outstanding debt after all if im getting the 60% off why not pay.TO MY SUPRISE it doesnt seem to be the case ,infact i might as well complaing to the ASA because you SANRAL are giving us false information and false advertsing UNLESS your agents are ill informed.The lady gave me my outstanding balance of R2700 something and told me that however the 60% off is not yet effective its going in different phases and i should keep checking?Like i have time to be going to the kiosks and check?Was the Deputy President lying about the 1st of July?Sanral educate me , i mean here i am trying to sort this out and i hear this?I went to the kiosks in Killarney on the 20th July.PLEASE SORT MY DISCOUNT ASAP .
