Invoice

I just received an invoice, stating that I must pay a bill of R130.74 of which I don't know anything about.<br> <br> I would like to know why must I pay that amount? That vehicle on that picture is not even the vehicle I drive. I don't know why my number plate is on that car. I drive a Volkswagen polo vivo. That car on the invoice is a Suzuki Swift.<br> <br> I would also like to know where that picture was taken. I never drive over SA speed limit. That's all **** that's written on that invoice. I am not going to pay that focken fine. That's plain bull ****.<br>
