incorrectly billed

Hi my name is Sisanda. I stay in Cape Town but was billed for e-toll which is in Gauteng and my car was never ever there. I have called Sanral bt am required to have an e-mail adress for my problem to be sorted. Even the registration on the car is different from mine with the 3rd last digit.(Mine is a Mazda Etude CA***418 and the 1 in the picture is a VW Polo CA***518) so please Sanral get your house in order.
