Incorrect billing E-Toll

I have been receiving E-toll statement (not a registered E-toll member) and receiving sms's indicating to pay the outstanding Etoll account. On the statements received, the photos taken are for a guy on a motorbike the other is a Ford Fiesta (white). I drive a Mazada 3. Now, an sms is sent to indicate Im placed on debt collection.

When you phone the Etoll call centre, you listen to the music for more than 10 min. all my airtime lost.

People, please look at the statements, you are billed for someone else's car / bike.
