Incompetence! Receiving e-toll bills in a province I have not lived in for 3.5 years!

I have not owned a vehicle for 3.5 years (and updated Sanral on the sale of my vehicle), I have lived in the Eastern Cape 3.5 years, and I receive a toll account for this past month for supposed travel in Johannesburg.

SANRAL please correct this and cancel the account!
