Impossible to make a payment

I have contemplated taking advantage of the 60% discount offered by Sanral on past debts. Accordingly, I tried calling ***, but am unable to speak to anybody. I have sent an sms to 43360 as per the Sanral web site, but the message cannot be delivered. I have even tried paying part of my account by EFT, but Nedbank tells me that the reference on the Sanral statement, my ID number is incorrect. What now?<br> <br> I
