If you pay your account you still get listed on VP

I have a prepaid account, as I do not trust Sanral with thir debit order and for good reason.<br> <br> Sometimes I let the account go into the red, before I make payment as etol statements have not been accurate and the beep beep beep contradicted the statement.<br> <br> The little screen says my account is in negative balance, I pay the outstanding amount and top up the account.<br> <br> Today I receive my Sep statement and there is an invoice loaded for unpaid toll fees for R272.00, I call their call centre and they tell me its my outstanding balance for June, which is now being handed over to VPC?<br> <br> Imagine my shock and horror, I pay the outstanding balance in July and in September they give me back the money and report me to VPC?<br> <br> Does Sanral want to go to court, even with paying customers? I have been paying since Dec 2013?<br> <br> This is highly ********* and I imagine that the rest of the accounts at VPC, also have similar stories.<br> <br> SANRAL is purposefully handing people over, even though they pay their accounts?<br> <br> It makes no sense? Why would you create all this additional VPC collections, when the account was paid when a negative balance showed?<br> <br> The SANRAL prepaid accounts is flawed!
