I have sold my old vehicle and got a new one and wanted to change my details to the new vehicle, i have phoned Sanral and they told me that my license plate is a duplicate and on another vehicle, I have asked them how to solve the problem, they gave me the email *** to send my proof of ownership with a copy of my ID in which I did, but never got any response from them except the auto response where they explain the old email adress is being replace by the one I just send it to.
