Handover letter to ITC

I'vereceived an SMS with a letter attached informing me that I have been handed over to the ITCBA for non-payment of my etolls. I pay via debit order and have a credit of R718.48 as per my latestes statement dated 22 February 2016. This is also confirmed via the SANRAL website. According to the letter my outstanding account amounts to R 6154.47 of which I have to pay R 2461.79. This is not possible at all as I have been paying etolls since inception.<br> <br>
